We require 50% deposit on all pieces before work begins. Must be paid with in 30 days or other charges may apply. If no deposit is paid within that 30 day time period the animal then becomes property of Big Cat Taxidermy, Inc. to do whatever the taxidermist deems necessary to cover initial expenses incurred. Deposits are non-refundable.

Mounts are to be paid in full at time of completion. Any mounts not paid in full at that time will be charged a storage fee. All mounts not picked up with in 60 days will be considered abandoned & become property of Big Cat Taxidermy, Inc. They then can be sold for the balance due & buyer becomes the legal owner.

If a credit card payment is applicable, Big Cat Taxidermy, Inc. has my permission to charge the balance due & the unpaid balance (upon completion) to my credit card provided.

Big Cat Taxidermy, Inc. shall not be held responsible for damage or loss of the mount for any reason including but not limited to losses resulting in fire, theft, or vandalism.

Clients that do not mount their trophies within a reasonable time period (10-12 months) are subject to any price increase in effect at the time the trophy is mounted.

Call us in advance if you would like for us to send you free shipping tags to take with you on your hunt. The tags contain our information (shipping address, phone #, Import license #).You will attach one tag to each hide, skull, & horns of your trophy.
