Studio Policies

We require 50% deposit on all pieces before work begins. It must be paid within 30 days. If no deposit is paid within the 30 days, the animal then becomes property of Big Cat Taxidermy, Inc. to do whatever the taxidermist deems necessary to cover initial expenses & time incurred. No work will be accepted into production schedule without the 50% deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.

  Mounts are to be paid in full 30 days prior to completion. Any mounts not picked up within 15 days after completion will be charged a storage fee, unless other arrangements have been made.

All mounts not picked up within 30 days will be considered abandoned & become property of Big Cat Taxidermy, Inc. they then can be sold & buyer becomes the legal owner.

If a credit card payment is applicable, Big Cat Taxidermy, Inc. has my permission to charge the balance due & the unpaid balance (30 days prior to completion) to my credit card provided.

Big Cat Taxidermy, Inc. shall not be held responsible for damage or loss of the mount for any reason including but not limited to losses resulting in fire, theft, vandalism or care in the field.

Due to the ever-changing nature of continued supply chain issues, we are unable to guarantee a turn around time. Any time given will be an ESTIMATE only.

Clients that do not mount their trophies within a reasonable time period are subject to any price increase in effect at the time the trophy is mounted.

Call us in advance if you would like us to send you free shipping tags to take with you on your(international) hunt. The tags contain our information (shipping address, phone #, Import license #). You will attach one tag to each hide, skull, & horns of your trophy.
